The search accepts an OK DOC number, first name, last name, and date of birth, with options to include alias data and similar-sounding names plus a reCAPTCHA check. Custody status is one record, and registry status is another. The Oklahoma Department of Corrections maintains the statewide sex offender registry and a separate violent offender registry that the public can search. These registries cover people living in the community under registration rules, not only people in custody.

Both are free and managed by the state, so they are the right tools for checking registration status rather than the local jail roster, which only shows current bookings.
Sheriff Records Requests
Some jail and law-enforcement records are not on any public roster. The Sheriff's Office Records Division handles open-records requests for reports, video, and other agency records through an online form. The form collects the request date, the purpose, the requester's contact details, and a description of the records sought.
Redaction of reports and video is billed at $38.00 per hour in 15-minute increments.
